$20.
00 - $23.
00 per hour for therapist with in-training license.
$25.
00 to $30.
00 per hour for fully licensed therapist, depending on experience and licensure.
Hours:
Hours are flexible and typical hours are Monday through Friday between the 9:
00 am and 6:
00 pm.
Some evening hours may be required for this position.
JOB
Summary:
The position provides substance use and mental health treatment to clients in a clinic/outpatient setting, and the position includes both in-person and telehealth services.
This position conducts substance use assessments, and provides treatment services as needed.
These services are delivered in individual, family, and group formats.
Essential Functions:
Interview and evaluate consumers to complete the intake process.
Complete substance use assessments for therapeutic needs.
Provide individual, family and group substance counseling as needed.
Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations when appropriate.
Be knowledgeable of all clients substance use treatment needs.
Attend all necessary staff meetings with community team members including Drug Treatment Court (DTC), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), Probation and Parole, and make appropriate recommendations as requested.
Maintain state certification/licensure.
Advise Clinical Director and Supervisor of crisis situations.
Attend court hearings and present client treatment progress, as requested.
Advocate for any additional services as needed.

Education and Training:
Must have Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related field.
Must possess a Wisconsin LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW and Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC or SAC-IT) licensure or be eligible.
Pre-licensed therapists are also welcome to apply, and supervision is provided as part of the work environment
Experience:
Previous experience working with AODA clients required.
